If you wish we can arrange to have any items picked up and returned to us as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
The cost to return items to us will depend on weight and the fee will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving the goods.

Delivery Information
Easter Weekend
We are closed from 12 noon Thursday 28th March. We reopen 9am on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.
Orders placed within these times will ship Tuesday 2nd April onwards.

We do our best to ensure that orders are delivered to our customers on time and safely.
Our delivery partners are Parcelforce & Royal mail.

Remote areas to some addresses and especially Highland and Islands and Offshore, next day delivery options are not available. If express delivery is selected at checkout we aim to ship your items the fastest way possible however they may take several days to be delivered.
Remote areas by standard delivery may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
