Please have a quick read through these questions and answers before contacting us.

Confirmation of orders placed will be sent within 24hrs via email. Please check your junk mail folder or give us a call if you have not received one.

If your order has not been received within the times stated on our delivery page please notify us via email or give us a call on 01436 84 2669 and we will do our best to get it sorted.

Please get in touch as soon as possible after placing an order and providing it has not been shipped we’ll be happy to make any changes as long as items are in stock.

Your right to cancel along with additional info can be found on our terms and conditions page. If an order hasn’t been shipped yet we will aim to give you a full refund the same working day.

In the unlikely event, items are missing from your order please notify us via email or give us a call and we’ll put it right.

Returns are made at your cost and we recommend you use a tracked delivery service as the goods are your responsibility before they reach us.

If you have returned your order and a refund hasn’t come through, please give us a call and we’ll sort it out.

Once we receive returned items and as long as they are in satisfactory condition we will process your refund straight away. Please allow up to 7 working days for any refund to appear on your bank statements.
